As a housewife, Minerva embraced her role with love and dedication, tirelessly nurturing her family while tending to her cherished plant garden. The joy she derived from growing life was equaled only by the warmth she infused into the meals she lovingly prepared. Minerva was known for her cooking, a gift that brought others together around her table, creating bonds and cherished memories bound by the aroma of her creations.

Minerva's journey to the United States was fueled by a fierce determination—a quest for a better life for her beloved family. She embodied a steadfast spirit, often described as stubborn and hardheaded, yet those who were fortunate enough to be in her presence knew of her profound love and kindness. Minerva is survived by her devoted children, Francisco Navarro, Juana Navarro, Maria Navarro, Martha Navarro, and Rosalinda Abrego, alongside her beloved grandchildren. They will carry forward her legacy of love, tenacity, and culinary delights that delighted hearts and palates alike.

In her passing, she has reunited with her beloved husband, Encarnacion Ocampo, her parents, and her dear sister. Their memories and the mark they have left on her life will forever intertwine with the lives she has touched.

In a celebration of her life, serving as pallbearers will be Omar Requeno, Brandon Cabrera, Miguel Gonzalez, Jesus Villa, Anthony Abrego, and Gerardo Faz, standing testament to the profound impact Minerva had on all who were privileged to know her.
