Mark Martinez

Mark Anthony Martinez, 28 of Houston, Tx went home to be with the Lord on June 4th, 2022.

Mark was born on July 18, 1993, in Pasadena Tx to Monica Martinez.

He was a graduate of Pasadena Memorial High School. He continued his education at San Jacinto College and was a valued employee at Carrabba’s where he was currently employed.

Mark loved the City of Houston. You could always find him exploring, whether it was taking pictures of the murals, walking his beloved dog Bailey at the local dog parks, eating at his favorite restaurants, or stopping in at a local coffee shop.

Traveling was a passion of Marks, he loved seeing the world and capturing his latest adventure through a lens.

His love for all things fashion started from a young age. You could always catch him wearing the latest trend, Shopping for the most recent released shoes or Listening to his favorite music, like Beyoncé.

Mark was a caring, giving, and selfless soul. To know him was to love him. His smile would light up a room. His family was important to him, along with his closest friends whom he considered family.

Mark is preceded in death by his grandpa Raul (Roy) Ayala.

He is survived by his mom and stepdad Monica and Johnathan Rodriguez, brother Gabriel Ayala Jr, step sisters Jaleigh and Journey Rodriguez. Grandparents Steve Bingham and Sylvia and Pete Flores. Aunts and Uncles, Angela and Josh Zertuche. Stephanie and Thomas Heacock. Cousins, Alyssa and Nathan Plocheck. Isabella Garcia, Josh and Caleb Zertuche, Isaiah Moreno and Emma Garcia.

His beloved dog Bailey Ann Martinez. Along with countless family and friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Johnathan Rodriguez, Josh Zertuche, Thomas Heacock, Pete Manuel Flores, Josh Zertuche Jr, Caleb Zertuche and Isaiah Moreno.

His Lord said unto him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. Thou hast been faithful over a few things; I will make thee ruler over many things. Enter thou into the Joy of the Lord.’
