Irasema Longoria, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, left this world on March 6, 2025, in Houston, Texas. Born on October 22, 1973, in Agualeguas Nuevo Leon, Mexico, she brought a vibrant spirit and boundless affection to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
As a mother, she nurtured her children, Stephanie, Jocelyn, and Jesse, with an overwhelming love and warmth that created an irreplaceable bond. Her proudest accomplishments were undoubtedly her children and grandchildren—Leilanie, Aralyn, Liam, Madelyn, and Levi—who were the light of her life. Irasema embraced each moment spent with them, creating memories filled with joy, laughter, and unconditional love. The conversations, the laughter shared around the dinner table, the playful competitions in shopping outings, and the simple, heartfelt moments spent together were treasures she held close to her heart.
A woman of deep faith, Irasema lived her life as a devoted Catholic. Her religious beliefs guided her daily actions and relationships, and she sought solace and strength within her community. She had a warm and inviting nature that made her a steadfast friend to many. Outgoing and friendly, Irasema had an innate ability to connect with those around her; whether through sharing stories or simply enjoying each other’s company, her presence brightened the lives of others.
Irasema had a fondness for traveling back to her cherished hometown in Mexico, a place filled with memories and a sense of belonging that she passed down to her family. Her love for red roses symbolized her affection and beauty, just as she symbolized love and kindness in the lives of those around her.
Her siblings—Ismael, Idalia, Iliana and Imelda—shared in many of life’s moments with her through thick and thin, creating a legacy of family bonds rooted in love and shared experiences.
Irasema Longoria leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will continue to resonate in the hearts of her family and friends. Her spirit will forever shine through the lives she touched with her nurturing heart and vibrant personality. She will be deeply missed, but her love remains everlasting.
