Gustavo Aguilar was a loving and supportive husband, dad, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. He peacefully passed away after a courage’s battle with cirrhosis on December 14, 2023. Gustavo is survived by his wife Lourdes, six children, their spouses and 7 grandchildren. He stayed true to his faith and fought everyday until his final breath. One of the most important things in his life was his core values. He made sure that he passed down these very important values to his family. LOVE, TRUST, HONESTY, HUMILITY, KINDNESS, INTEGRITY, and above all, the love of GOD. Gustavo also was incredibly determined to teach his family and pass along his family history, culture, and heritage of his ancestors. He taught his family to be innovators, to create new things to think and go above and beyond what we see at hand. It really has been an honor to have been his wife, daughters, sons, and grandkids. One of the last things Gustavo left behind was a short video sharing how grateful he was to GOD for another day, giving his goodbyes and sending his love to his family and friends. God has taken his son home to rest and to start his new life in heaven with his loved ones that have gone before him. Being a guardian angel to his family. He will never be forgotten.
