Ellie Salazar

On March 25, 2022, we lost the life of our beloved Ellie Bear. Ellie was charismatic, loving, and such a happy-go-lucky baby; she always smiled through all triumphs and tribulations, making us understand the meaning of true strength. Ellie was the daughter of SSG Ivan and Cynthia Salazar stationed out of Fort Sill, OK. Unfortunately, at a young age, Ellie embarked on numerous cardiac health battles that led to her last breath on the 25th. Ellie underwent multiple cardiac catheterization surgeries that led to her being hospitalized in Houston, TX, more than six times. Ellie was a fighter, and while she suffered, she made life seem effortless. Ellie, while completely heartbroken, our family is so proud of how hard you fought, and we know that you will continue to bless us every day as you act as our Guardian Angel from heaven. Ellie, you blessed our family in more ways than you will ever understand. You demonstrated true utter strength and a form of love that was fundamentally hard to explain. While you were taken far too young, we know now that you are no longer suffering. Rest In Peace, Ellie Nicole Salazar; Mommy & Daddy will ALWAYS love you!
