David, “Davy” Severo Quintero, (48) was called home by the good Lord on August 28, 2021. He was born on November 25, 1972 to Severo Quintero and Maria Virginia Quintero in Houston, Texas.
David began working as security guard for companies such as George Bush Intercontinental Airport and FEMA later earned his position as the Security Supervisor.
He was a kind and humble soul who cared for other and always tended to his family. David had two passions in his life. One of these passions was restoring his 1967 Ford Mustang his father gave him for his graduation. David’s most heartfelt passion was his love and adoration for Jesus Christ. After working his 24 hour shift David would devoutly attend church daily.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his baby brother Jose. David was a beloved brother and uncle who will be dearly missed by his loving sisters, Josefina Zuniga (Michael Anthony), Mary Virginia Contreras, Irma Sarita Montes (Jorge); nieces and nephews, Michael A. Zuniga, Jr, Daniel Noel Zuniga, Ashley Maria Quintero, Erick Severo Montes, Mark Anthony Montes, Oscar Montes, Victoria Raquel Montes, Gabriella Angelina Montes; and many other relatives in Monterrey Nuevo Leon.
Our beloved brother and uncle you will always be in our hearts. Thank you for all the wonderful memories we shared together.
